These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and OuterKart (“we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of our website located at outerkart.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through our e-commerce platform.

By accessing the Site, registering an account, or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use this Site and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age or have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide truthful, current, and accurate personal information during registration and checkout.

2. Products & Healthcare Disclaimer

OuterKart specializes in offering genuine Ayurvedic healthcare remedies, herbal health formulations, wellness tonics, and quality food and grocery items.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is successfully placed and paid for, the price stated at the time of purchase will be honored.
• In the rare event of a technical typographical error in pricing, OuterKart reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a 100% full refund to the customer.

4. Payment Terms & Payment Gateway Security

To ensure a safe and secure shopping experience, all online transactions on outerkart.com are conducted through certified, 3D-Secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including PayPal, UPI, and authorized acquiring banks).

• Accepted Payment Methods: Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), Debit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
• No Storage of Sensitive Card Credentials: OuterKart does not view, collect, or store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords on our servers. All sensitive data is transmitted directly through encrypted SSL channels to the payment gateway.
• Authorization & Fraud Verification: All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment issuer. If payment authorization is declined, OuterKart shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Order Processing, Verification & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: An automated confirmation email/SMS is sent upon placing an order. However, order acceptance and contract formation occur when the products are dispatched.
• Merchant Cancellation Right: OuterKart reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in product information, delivery address unserviceability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In any such case, a 100% refund will be promptly credited back to your original payment method.
• Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing support@outerkart.com. Once dispatched, standard return guidelines apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
• Estimated domestic delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days across serviceable pin codes in India.
• Customers will receive real-time shipment tracking details via email and SMS once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
• Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods transfer to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our dedicated Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

• A 7-day return window from the date of delivery for damaged, leaking, expired, or defective products.
• Consumable and personal care items (herbal syrups, tonics, food products) that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for hygiene and health safety reasons.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to brand logos, product descriptions, photography, graphics, UI design, software, and compilation, is the exclusive property of OuterKart or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OuterKart and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or goodwill arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, India.
